Yul and Reuben were incredibly patient with us! We decided to go with this team after a recommendation from a friend and could not be happier. Always available, timely responses, and quick to let us know of new homes on the market, as well as market updates. Never felt that we need to "check-in" with our realtors, as they would always beat us to the punch! They helped us find a home beyond our dreams, which literally "checked all the boxes," (and yes, I mean all the boxes - location, views, decks, rental capacity, number of baths/bedrooms, upgraded kitchen) which I thought was nearly impossible given our budget. After about 6 months of going to numerous open houses, and making another offer that did not get accepted, we are so ecstatic and delighted with the home we now own! The wait was more than worth it! Great realtor that went above and beyond helping us to find our condo unit! It took us to purchase new condo a year cause we couldn't find the right one. Yul kept sent us new listings of the building so we easilly got to see new ones. And finally we found one and we kind of rushed into it to meet our timeline. My experience with Yul Song and Team Kiriu exceeded my expectations. I thought it was not possible to renovate and complete the sale in four months due to the poor condition of the home and the crowded neighborhood. I am so grateful that I took their suggestions. Yul coordinated all phases of the renovation and kept me informed all the time. I was skeptical many times but she did it. My initial requests to her were to (1) have a quick sale then (2) get as fair a price as possible. She accomplished both. All of my friends and relatives cannot believe that the sale is done. They give me a lot of credit but I remind them that all the credit goes to Yul with the help of Team Kiriu. You can be sure that I mention them at every available opportunity. From the moment we met Trish, she was awesome. Very personable and private while selling the condo we were renting. She made complete accommodations for us to stay our entire 3 month trip knowing the new owners wanted to move in immediately. Keep kept us up to date on all things to come. We then got a recommendation from "Stu" that she would be a great fit for us as a personal Hawaiian Realtor. Trish made points to video chat and show all condos of any interest. We met Wendy Lee Akai at an open house for a property where she was representing the seller. We were so impressed with her that we asked her to represent us as our buyer's agent.
